Who's Who

Our deanery leaders, teams, and committees consist of clergy and lay members from a wide variety of backgrounds, and a range of church traditions and worshipping communities from across the deanery.

James came to faith as a teenager and before ordination worked in marketing and communications for a Christian charity, having previously cut his teeth as a journalist in Westminster. Alongside his role as Area Dean, he serves as Vicar of Christ Church Flackwell Heath. James is married to Cheryl, and they have two brilliant and lively boys.
He’s a jack of all trades musician, fair-weather runner, avid reader, and can often be found at Adams Park cheering on Wycombe Wanderers.
