Wycombe Deanery Plan 2025-30
We are delighted to commend to you our Deanery Plan for 2025–30. It has emerged from a process of prayer, listening and collaboration across the Deanery. Thank you to all who contributed your insights, challenges, and hopes. Your input has shaped both the priorities we name here and the spirit in which we hope to pursue them. The aim of the Deanery Plan is not to create a rigid blueprint, but a framework for shared vision. It reflects the responsibilities we hold together, the gifts we see in one another, and the areas in which we believe God is calling us to invest in over the next five years. At its heart is a commitment to serve – not to centralise, but to fan into flame what God is doing in each church. We want to encourage the flourishing of each church in its own place, while drawing encouragement and wisdom from our shared life as a Deanery. |
