The Deanery Leadership Team
Caroline Sants, Lay Chair
caroline.wycombedeanery@gmail.com Caroline became a Christian while a member of a tiny congregation in rural Oxfordshire, A series of what seemed like disasters at the time resulted in her becoming a very inexperienced church warden facing a 4-year interregnum while a Deanery reorganisation took place. It was certainly a time of great learning. Caroline spent 3 years at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford as an independent student followed by many years in large churches in Oxford and then London. In 2018 she moved to beautiful Turville in the Hambleden Valley where she is Church Warden of St Mary’s Church. Before becoming Lay Chair, Caroline helped organise the Rural Review for the Wycombe deanery. |

dave.bull@4u-team.org Dave is married to Helen and they have three children. He has lived in Worcester, Oxford, London and Reigate. Until the age of 23 Dave rarely darkened the doors of a church, but came to faith on an Alpha course in London. He worked for Unilever, a charity in South West London and a large London church before training for his ordination. Dave is currently Team Rector for the 4U Team in Marlow. He loves mountain biking, building Lego with his children and sailing. |
